    Situated in the village of Ovacik the villa is nestled in beautiful gardens offering a variety of idyllic spots and hideaways for relaxation and socialising.
    Wraparound and individual balconies provide captivating mountain and sea views to all floors

    Garden Villa has 5 generous size bedrooms, 5 shower rooms (one with a bath) and 2 cloak rooms. This villa sleeps 10 people.

    The large swimming pool is enhanced with a Turkish kosk for shaded relaxation, a barbecue kitchen and ample casual and formal dining and seating areas.

    Indoors the extensive dual aspect lounge is of high-quality design and is well equipped including smart television. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher to make your stay easy. The villa enjoys full air conditioning and has wifi facilities through Skyfibernet.

    Ideally positioned in a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood this villa is a tranquil place to just relax.

    The villa has the best of both worlds with easy access to glorious beaches and the many bars and restaurants that are a feature of this holiday environment.

    When you visit this area please be sure to visit the following delights; Oludeniz blue lagoon. Kaya Koy village to visit the 3000 ghost houses and examples of typical Turkish life and hospitality. Another must is Fethiye Harbour Town with its sophisticated restaurants and night life. The villa is absolutely stunning, clean and tidy and so spacious, would highly recommend. Just a short taxi ride into Hisaronu and Oludeniz. Quiet and tranquil with everything you could possibly need.

The villa exceeded our expectations

We’ve had the most amazing stay at this villa, the rooms are modern, huge and have everything you need. The pool area is gorgeous and has lots of different seating areas, we also arranged airport transfers with the host who was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this villa and would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

AMAZING VILLA

The villa is gorgeous, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and gardens are the most comfortable surroundings i've found at a villa to date. I could go on for a thousand words at just how great the place is. It's also worth mentioning Ali. He helps manage the property and he made our holiday in turkey even more perfect. Always on hand and helpful. He helped us stock the fridges before we arrived and arranged our transfers from the airport. One of the best holiday experiences my family have had. We will be back.

Stunning Week in Luxury

The villa and the attentiveness of our host' Ali, did not dissappoint. At 1000 ft above sea level with several shaded areas we were able to avoid the intensity of the sun and 42 degree heatwhile relaxing and enjoying the delights of the pool. Kamakazie restaurant and local small supermarket a 10 minute stroll away - but taxis for the uphill return. Taxis to the beach £7 where plenty of bars andbrestaurants. Top TIP - airport transfers are paid in £ sterling - we were unaware and had limited cash. Cards accepted in ATMs which will deliver £ as well as local currency. A hearty thanks to Ali and Apo for their friendly support throughout our stay. 5 *

Traumvilla

Dieses Objekt ist einfach fantastisch. Die Villa verfügt über großzügige Zimmer und Räumlichkeiten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Der große Pool wird täglich gesäubert. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über verschiedene Sitzecken, die sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten für jeden Geschmack ein Plätzchen bieten. Der Ort ist allerdings etwas abgelegen, so dass ein Auto empfehlenswert wäre. Aber direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Klingelknopf für den Taxiruf. Zusammenfassend: einfach großartig!!!!

Garden Villa

We had a great stay at this villa. It was a shame stunning and we could t have asked for more. It had all the luxuries you could possibly want. A home from home. The Manager Ali was simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and responded within minutes if you had any questions whist there. The service was impeccable. The only slight downside for us was location. As it’s quite high into the mountain so walking would be an issue if you had any health problems, however, there is a taxi button right outside property and the once Pressed the taxi turns up within minutes so it was very simple to get around and taxis are very reasonable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here against

Excellent family holiday! 5 star 🌟

We have just come back from a two week stay at this stunning villa. Beautifully decorated, stunning views and plenty of room for all. The villa and pool are well looked after. Fridges were stocked with bottled water. Kitchen was well equipped with all cutlery, plates and cooking equipment needed for your stay. Cupboards filled with spare towels, bedding and pool towels which was very handy. Small local shops are easy to walk to downhill.. walking back up the hill to the villa is hard work in the heat. Only 100 lira to Migros in Hisaronu where you can do a full food shop. Only thing I would add is that the bedroom windows do have blinds/shutters however, early morning the sun still beams through them. We took a black out blind with us for the children. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Huge Tranquil Villa

The villa met all our expectations- the other reviews are correct, the pictures do not do if justice. There was a real wow moment when we arrived. The outside area is the real showstopper- even in extreme heat there is always shade and space to spread out. The pool is beautifully cleaned every morning. The kitchen is well appointed on on the ground floor so easily accessed from outside. We did have constant ants in the kitchen- they sniff out the slightest crumb, but got round this by zip locking all food! We did have a power cut but the maintenance team came quickly to sort it- just make sure phones are charged at all times! The transfers Ali arranged were brilliant and very reasonable. He also arranged shopping to be in the villa on arrival which was a godsend arriving late at night. The nearest shop is a 10 min walk but it’s uphill in the heat in the way back! Taxis were reasonable- £6 to Oludeniz and very easy to get- basically you push a button by the gate and it comes! Brill restaurant Karizma within walking distance. We were a multigenerational family and the space worked fantastically well but there are a lot of stairs if you are infirm. All in all a fantastic place… I suspect we will be back!

Lovely spacious villa, with a great outdoor pool. Communication with rep was excellent and airport transfers good, we all felt the villa could be better maintained and cleaned. we arrived, to a used ashtray on the table by the pool, and dirty tables. There was also a used ashtray on the 3rd floor balcony,m. The cushions on the outdoor areas, were filthy and we were not able to sit on them. One of the tables that was situated by the sun loungers was broken it, just collapsed. The wifi did not work for 24 hours and wires had been removed, should be checked. The 3rd floor balcony is loose and needs further securing and the glass cleaning as looked like juice had been thrown against it. we were appalled to see that there was lumps of chewing gum on the lights as you head out on to the terrace and the patio door curtains had what looked like chocolate all smeared on them. The dishwasher was broken but was soon sorted. the bathrooms are all in need for fresh grout and a bit of bleach. There was dirt under and in the toilet brush holders, clearly not moved when the floors are mopped but to see such filthy toilet brushes, was something we did not expect. I would highly recommend replacing everyone of them. 1 bedroom was full of ants, climbing up the bed. The sink in the penthouse did not drain and cupboard had rubbish.no fridge either although one in kitchen so need to take up stairs. would strongly recommend a full room to room review to ensure the required standard for future

Luxury 5 bedroom Villa

The villa was beautiful, but never has one surpassed expectations the way Villa did. We really could not find fault with anything - it truly is beautiful. The property itself is decorated and finished to an incredibly high standard, with luxurious bathrooms and bedrooms, and a very well-equipped kitchen, it was immaculately kept and scrupulously clean and the attention to detail, fridges stocked with water in the bedrooms. The location was ideal for us, and, taxis were so plentiful and inexpensive, we could easily have managed without one, had we wanted to stay more local. The assistance of Ali in respect of organising airport transfers was superb. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our review of Villa Garden.

We were attracted to this property because of its location coupled with the pictures / details posted online, very impressive. This lead to us making our booking. Upon arrival, the depiction online whilst top rate, does not do the justice, it was outstanding. myself my wife and eight guests had acres of space day and night, there was nothing else to do but enjoy! Everything was picture perfect, the outside areas and the swimming pool (larger than it looks online) were first rate. Was truly brilliant, will be booking a stay there again in the near future. thank you Ali, he and his team were there when required, despite that not being very often. Highly Recommended.

Great stay in the mountains

This is a stunning property. Super clean, great views and a very well laid out home. The house was very was very well equipped for guests with lots of thought put into making it a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside pool, gardens and balcony. Its very close to local grocery stores and shops as well as Oludeniz beach and cable car. We had some issues with the internet connection but other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Absolutely perfect!

We have been lucky enough to stay in numerous villas in various locations over recent years, but never has one surpassed expectations the way Garden Villa did. We really could not find fault with anything - it truly is beautiful. The property itself is decorated and finished to an incredibly high standard, with luxurious bathrooms and bedrooms, and a very well-equipped kitchen. (We did invest in a decent bread knife, which was about the only thing that was missing!) . It was immaculately kept and scrupulously clean and the attention to detail, from the welcome pack of food and drink to the fridges stocked with water in the bedrooms, was second to none. The added security, with the alarm, safe, and outdoor cameras, all added to us feeling at ease and comfortable. The location was ideal for us, and, although we did hire a car to take us further afield, the local buses and taxis were so plentiful and inexpensive, we could easily have managed without one, had we wanted to stay more local. The assistance of Ali in respect of organising airport transfers and the hire car (and the one occasion we had to call him because of an issue with the safe) was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a wonderful holiday, and memories to cherish forever.

Amazing

Stayed in this stunning villa with a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 children) in early/mid April. The weather was a bit mixed with a couple of days of rain but the villa was very well equipped with everything you could need and taxis very cheap to run you between the villa and main attractions. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are a 5-15 min walk down the hill, many of the supermarkets offer free delivery so you don’t need to worry about walking back up the hill with heavy loads of shopping! Buses also running very frequently in and out of the main town Fethiye for the markets and marina. The owner of the villa could not have been more helpful with arranging airport transfers for us and providing us with a welcome package of food and other essentials. Overall a fantastic family break. We would fully recommend this very modern and spacious villa to anyone looking for a holiday in this area of Turkey 🇹🇷

Garden Villa is probably the best accommodation we have ever experienced on a holiday.

We took a winter break in Turkey but were very apprehensive about what conditions would be like during January. We needn't have worried because,even though the weather was quite cold the villa was beautifully warm and cosy. We were even able to use the swimming pool as it was heated. Everything about Garden Villa was gorgeous, the beds and furniture are all brand new and it is generously equipped. All of us had a massive bedroom, fully equipped with walk-in shower and fridge with tea making facilities. The lounge was enormous and had a big 'smart' television which gave us all the British channels plus wifi. The gardens were lovely and the area was very quiet and select. Access to local bars and restaurants was easy and lots were within walking distance. A few metres up the road there was a taxi contact button which brought a car to our door within minutes. Fethiye was completely open and ensured we had lots of experiences during our stay. Oludeniz was mainly sunny and inviting and we were surprised to see the para-gliders still operating during the winter months. We are looking forward to coming back to Turkey in the summer now that we have found this little gem. The Watkins Family and friends.
