"Das Personal war überaus freundlich, und als wir zusätzliche Handtücher benötigten (wir blieben drei Nächte), wurden diese sofort gebracht, ohne dass es uns Umstände bereitete. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Die Holzböden verliehen dem Raum eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es eine tolle kleine Küchenzeile! "Our first impression was not good, as our rental was double booked. However host did a great job of settling the issue within a hour. The rental was clean and served our needs. We picked this rental due to location and pool usages, however weather didn’t cooperate and pool was still a bit chilly for our liking. Host did mention they were working through some issues with heater. Backyard was lovely, grill and fire pit were available however this was shared space with the host. Rental had...

"Cool stylish home, even better than in the photos. Safe quiet neighborhood. Great basement and pool table. Relaxing screened in porch. We'll stocked kitchen. Mike the host was very prompt in communication. Close to US Grant home, Grants Farm and Jefferson Barracks militaty historical site. 18 minute to Cardinals baseball stadium. Would stay again."

"I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible."
