"Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns."

"We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this super cute well designed home. Our son played in the river/creek and fished all weekend. Great spot to read, relax and enjoy the fire in the winter months. Well stocked and nicely renovated. The outside of the home is more worn but overall very good stay. Also enjoyed a few nice restaurants. "

"This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Kerry's place, we loved it so much we came back. One of the highlights for us was the oversized tub, which made for a very relaxing way to unwind after hiking. Highly recommended"

"The cabin is AWESOME! The front porch views of the mountains were incredible, especially as a storm passed through. Location, Location, Location. The property manager was on top of everything and super responsive. The Modpool/ hot tub was a first for all of us and was great after a day of hiking or biking. The best part- NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE. Yes the wifi was great, when needed, but it was nice to disconnect. Thanks for a great long weekend. This is on the stay again list!"

"2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night!"

"We had a great stay in a cozy cabin and enjoyed excellent communication with Laura. When we had an issue with the grill’s propane tank, she sent someone up within 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.There are a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the cabin could benefit from more seating. With five adults, it was challenging for all of us to gather comfortably in one room. Additional armchairs, especially in the room with the record player, would have been appreciated. It would also help to...

"We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"Nick was stellar in his communications. He was so quick to respond, always so helpful and considerate. The property worked very well for my needs though it was a quick two night stay with rainy weather so I did't get to enjoy the outside space. There are many creature comforts that Nick provides to make for a lovely stay. Thank you, Nick!"

"Super cute and clean property perfect for a girls weekend! Hot tub was lovely, the pool was not open/ they had several pool cleaning services come over the weekend. But the host was great with communication and very responsive! Would definitely recommmed"

"Cabin is real nice. Just remember it's a shared property. Other people were there but they were very nice. Close to Phoenicia and Woodstock. Real nice hiking in area. "

"We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. "

"Whimsical cottage was just as described. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The location was perfect for our needs. It is definitely meant for a couples weekend away, but was sufficient for the three of us."

"A very beautiful, cozy, quiet, and excellent place to go and enjoy with family and friends. The view of the mountains is the best. About 40 minutes away is a beautiful mountain. The best experience. I would love to return in the future."

"We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip."
