"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. "Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast but had to wait 15 minutes one morning to be attended. Otherwise hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. There is a Starbucks right outside the hotel. "

"The food and staff were lovely, really enjoyed the spa and massages. The only thing was that our room number 21 was right above the restaurant. You could hear the doors slamming as staff go in and out the side doors of the restaurant and the music was audible through the floor. It was disturbing our sleep in the night and early morning hours. "

"A classic country pub with new upmarket bedrooms that impressed. The breakfast in the bar was good although my brown toast was dry and burnt. For the money it is good value and the bedrooms are the best aspect. "
