To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. "AC was left off, so the room was sweltering hot, and the blinds were left open, which didn't help. There were also several stink bugs in the room. The staff were rude and said we needed a credit card when I've never had an issue giving a debit card for any temporary charges. Someone was also whistling in the hallway knocking on doors for no reason. Do not recommend will never stay here again."

And now the hotel was dirty, food in the floor around the 4 floor, elevators the sameam and I do not event want to say how was the breakfast (used to be so clean) . "The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "
