The room only had one glass instead of two. That may seem silly, but it's something that we need. We were told they were out and waiting on a shipment. There was no clock anywhere in the room. I rely on a clock when I'm in a hotel so my husband and I went to Target and bought one ourselves. We went out of the room on Saturday for about 8 hours and when we returned in the evening, no one had been in to clean our room, make the bed, empty trash, etc. When we asked the front desk, they informed us that they only clean the room every 3 days. This is totally not acceptable. After talking to them, they sent someone in to make the bed and empty the trash. We paid a lot of money for a 2 night stay and expected a lot more than we received. Needless to say, this is the last time we will stay at this hotel (we come to Farmington every year at Christmas).
