"Na"

"The staff are real people not phony courtesy but nice and helpful. Whether it was breakfast or a clothing iron it was all good"

"Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, very friendly staff"

"The hotel is at a very convenient location, within walking distance to bus and train stations. Shops like Trader Joes and Paris Baguette are close by, and it takes just one train stop from there to China Town where there are lots of eateries. The room is comfortable and amenities are well provided. Love the pool which gave the kids lots of fun! Breakfast has sufficient varieties, but I would recommend better cleaning of the tables and heat up the hot items better. Overall speaking, we enjoyed...

"Close to many stores and restaurants. Valet parking"

"It's a nice hotel in a good location. The spaces are a little small but adequate. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. My only real compliant is the lack of free brewed coffee but we did get a $10/day voucher to use to buy coffee in the lobby cafe. I would say the lobby cafe is a weak point that the hotel probably has no association with."

"It's a wonderful hotel with super convenient location to Grant Park. The rooms and amenities are upgraded. Our room is facing to the lake so the view is pretty. We booked here for Hot Chocolate run so definitely will book again next year!"
