"They charged a 4 times the room rate on the deposit! Then they charged for parking with out telling me at all by taking it out of the deposit. The room was spread rampant with mold and caused my allergies to go absolutely buzzerk. The ceiling had so many moisture marks from the mold. There were tons and tons of spider webs above the bed. There was a used contact on the the floor next to the bed. But mostly I'm upset because they did not tell you that they charge for parking, but then charge it...

"Hotel common areas are clean and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. AC/heating unit ran quietly. Sufficient channels on the TV. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower water pressure and temp controls very good, supplies ample. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, however the server we had for breakfast could use some training. Our first cup of our "bottomless" coffee arrived as we were just about finished eating breakfast from the buffet with a 2nd cup provided...

"I believe that nothing has been updated. The mattress looked like it been there since the place was built, well everything did. Tiny toilets, no room for your junk, you bottom out. You can hear the conversations in the next room. Seeing the ships in lock 7 is the only decent thing"
