"This is our second stay here. We love the location. We also love how clean the home is. It is comfortable in every room, with plenty of extras like the game room, the choice of tub or stand alone shower, and easy parking. The host was welcoming and friendly and check in was a breeze. "Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. He was very friendly and helpful. The windows were really filthy and carpet needed scrubbed. There was no hot water in kitchen sink. I have never complained about a VRBO rental. We were...
