"So, there is no parking here if there is a wedding and they make you park across the lot in a parking garage and charge you 16$ a night. Also, the elevator was broken, we were on the tenth floor ! We slept fine but the hotel is run down and they tried to make it nice but if you look carefully it’s old and gross- especially the bathroom. Don’t stay here! We have been to many hotels and this was the worse experience. - no free coffee or breakfast and the menu is very $$$$. Pool was also kind of...

"Loved the staff,they made you feel very welcomed ,the rooms were very clean,as well as the property. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was good but the coffee stole the show There is nothing better than a good cup of coffee in the morning."

"I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes. I told my children they would be able to go swimming and enjoy the pool, I bought swim suits, pool toys and floats and all for nothing. My children were very upset and thought I lied to them. The rest of the property felt extremely rundown, dirty, and neglected. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of staff presence. "No notice that they would not come and make the room. They only left coffee for one night and I had to go downstairs for coffee the second morning. A better coffee machine would make the stay better."
