"This place is amazing. It has laundry so you can wash your clothes but you have to bring your own detergent. There is a change machine in the laundry room as well. The parking was great just make sure you pay ahead for parking cause the do fill up and run outta spots. The front desk was helpful and amazing. Can’t wait to stay here next time. "

"What a fabulous place! WOW! We discovered it after going to a place I thought I had reserved and then found out I mistakenly cancelled the reservation! Wow, are we glad that happened! This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in at the price point that is asked. "The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. "This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more "

"This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. "What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area. "
