"Place was super cool and the owner was really chill about things and very kind. Loved the stay it was awesome!"

"Lilya and her husband were very nice and made us feel at home. The property was clean and Lilya was very attentive. The view was gorgeous and it was close to many wineries as well as nearby cities and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, our stay was a good one, but there were some minor issues... The WiFi was very weak and inconsistent. The Roku and our Firestick kept freezing, and we couldn't get online sometimes. We finally moved the wireless repeater up high in the main room and it got better, but still was weak and cut out occasionally. Lots of of "unnecessary stuff" around in the kitchen and curio cabinets. We had ants marching through one of the bedrooms, but took care of them with the provided spray. Water...

"We stayed for a long weekend with our adult kids and their partners, we were there for a family wedding and it was a great place to hang out between the events. Star was very responsive, the kitchen is great, the pool is lovely. It was a great place to be with our family."

"This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again."

"We booked for our older children and their families. The house was immaculate and well stocked. There were toys for our grandson who is 1yr and lots of room for him to crawl. They had a great time."

"My family and I had a great stay at this property. The pool area was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. We found that the advertised kid floaties were not there but the property manager quickly remedied. The only downside is the expensive heating cost."

"It was a perfect home away from home for us . Coming from the East Coast for a 10 day stay - it never felt that we were away from home. From the check in,the amenities , the location ,the cleanliness - nothing could have been more perfect..Would prefer to stay there again in future. "

"We gather each year from Oregon, Texas and California to spend family time together. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, beautiful and comfortable home!"

"We stayed here because we needed close proximity to CSU San Marcos. We loved the neighborhood which was nice for walks . We were just a quick 10 -15 minutes from the beach. Grocery and dining options just minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would only recommend dark out shades for the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again."
