"Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"Clean quiet hotel in the centre of Zürich. The check in was quite easy. Took time to read the instructions but once you follow the steps its easy. The room was quiet, windows block outside noise. Couldn’t figure out the AC but otherwise it was perfect for the price i paid. And location is very central, close to the Station"

"The room didn’t have bedside light or the main door light working. They were reasonable and understandable as I kept my luggage in the reception area after checkout to get the lunch and did the laundry after checkout. Yes, I had to get out of the room at 11:00am. Place to close to all good restaurants. The room had a small fan! Didn’t cool the room at all!"

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal however considering the premium price you pay, well i think this is expected.
