"Lake House is a beautiful property in an idyllic location. Close enough to the village for essentials but beautiful and quiet. The kids had a great time in the gardens as did our family dog. The house has everything you could require with so much space and both indoor and outdoor dining options. We loved sitting out of an evening enjoying the ever changing view and sunset."

"We spent one week in Ballinskelligs and had a great time there. The house is very spacious and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. Checking in was easy, too. There is a lot to visit - Kerry Cliffs, castles, ring forts and Skellig Michael, of course this is quite expensive. "Our family of 17 celebrated a special birthday at this wonderful home. Even though it was large enough to accommodate all of us, it was a warm and comfortable place for all of us. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and golf course. Patrick and Victoria were always within a phone call or email if we needed them. I would highly recommend the Shelburne Lodge and if I could I would rate it 5 1/2 stars."
