"On our first night stay, the Kleenex were wet in the box, the toilet paper roll fell off when trying to tear the tissue. Holder was broken. Reported these issues the next morning and was told they would take care of it while we were gone for the day. "Great vibe in this hotel, super clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Lobby bar and lobby area was so pleasant to just chill and have a drink. "Great hotel. It was right across the street from the aquarium, coke world, Civil Rights museum, and Olympic Park. Valet parking was easy. The hotel had a nice outdoor pool area on the 7th floor overlooking the city. Was clean and well maintained. Everything was a little pricy though."
