  • This charming 39 m² apartment in Evry can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

    The apartment comprises
    - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob...
    - One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
    - Bathroom with shower and bath
    - Separate WC

    Exterior :
    - A 3.6 m² south-facing balcony overlooking a private park, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

    The apartment is ideally located in Evry, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

    Transport :
    If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private basement parking lot (numbered space).

    For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
    - Nearest train station: Evry train station (RER D), an 8-minute walk (600m) away.
    - Nearest airport: Paris-Orly airport 30 minutes away by car.

Place cosy Jeff was lovely and met up at the apartment on our first day. He also was very responsive when any issues arose. The apartment is painted to look modern but has paint coming off the cabinets and floors. The cabinets, rugs and couch have an awful smell and the floors are all buckled. The bed was comfortable and the garden is beautiful to look at from the windows. The apartment has loud neighbours upstairs but is located close to the RER line D (about an hour to attractions downtown Paris) and a mall that has grocery store which was very convenient. Jeff was lovely to deal with and was a great point of contact.

Place cosy "Good location. The location is very close to shopping, restaurants, and transit. It made getting around very easy. The apartment was nice and roomy enough for 3 adults. The secure parking was very welcome and easy to use. Not as clean as expected. Food crumbs on the floor, hairs in the tub and dirty dishes in the cabinet. Communication was a problem. The listing has English listed as a spoken language however person checking us in spoke no English at all. Also they provided dishwasher pods for the clothes washing machine. The neighborhood was quiet however not what we were expecting. Just not a great experience. I guess for the price it was very convenient is the best I can say."

The secure parking was very welcome and easy to use. Not as clean as expected. Food crumbs on the floor, hairs in the tub and dirty dishes in the cabinet. Communication was a problem. The listing has English listed as a spoken language however person checking us in spoke no English at all. Also they provided dishwasher pods for the clothes washing machine.
