"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"Bathroom soap, body wash and hair conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Floor in bathroom was not mopped and carpet in room area was not vacuumed. Upon arrival noticed the bedroom had strong cigarette smell and bathroom an overpowering bleach smell. One could not mask the other. Bed frame sat on squares of wood so as to elevate and the ill fitting, ripped dust ruffle from touching the floor. On a positive, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. "I cleaned the room when we arrived for 5 nights - very unclean, sticky floors, cigarette burn marks on tub. Locals call it a working facility for ladies, accompanied by dealing, squatters, fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, no daily maid service , you can see thru the door trim. No blow dryer (I had to go buy one), no shampoo/cream rinse, no tissue. All furnishings worn, broken, stained, no chairs. The absolute worst we've ever stated at."
