"Only problem I had was when I requested pillows and covers for sofa bed. One of the staff said she doesn't have time now to look for it and she'll do it later. It was 11 at night and my kids can't wait till later. She never came back so I slept with no pillows since I gave mine to my kids."

"First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again "

"Great location and property was very nice. Our room smelled of urine…maybe because it’s a dog friendly hotel. And it was hard to regulate the temp in room with the bed right up against the air handler. Next time I would choose a higher floor to possibly eliminate a dog friendly room."
