"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good (options included various hot options, as well as continental). Waiter was very nice. Room was comfortable and very stylish. However, window sill looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while."

"We were in town for Loyola’s graduation and this was a great place to stay instead of a hotel. The drive to Loyola is about 18 minutes. The apartment is super spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The manager was great at communicating. You can hear everything that happens upstairs but it didn’t affect our stay and the neighbors were quiet at night. Would highly recommend! Easy parking too which is great. "

"This hotel is really an apartment building whose lower floors are for renting. The workout gym is fantastic - the hot tub has a view (fireworks in the summer Wednesdays and Saturdays). The location is nice with lots of restaurants nearby - and 0.5 miles from the Art Institute. Staff were very friendly - and they should note that there really is a small convenience store/coffee stop just two doors down - for food, snacks, wine, etc!"

"This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up."

"This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. "This is a super-cute 3 bedroom apartment, very clean (with a couple of tiny exceptions I discovered by accident. They were clearly innocent oversights.) This is a great neighborhood, felt very safe, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The air conditioning was not working. The first night there, (we arrived quite late at night) was awful.
