Sweet little stay in Evanston

My son and I came to Wyoming to hunt fossils and wanted a simple, clean, affordable place to stay each evening. The little blue chalet was perfect, very conveniently located in the heart of Evanston which gave us easy access to everything we needed.

Cute and Cozy

Upon arriving we were pleased with the heaters that warmed up the space quickly. We were a bit surprised about the location. The picture on Vrbo with snow made it look like it was in a more rural area. It is actually on a triangle right between two roads. Even then, the traffic wasn't to loud.

Perfect place to stay in Evanston!

This is our third year in a row spending a summer week in Evanston. I rented this place while my children attended the PACK/ MAT camp, and we fell in love with this adorable cabin. The photos do not do it justice! This place is wayyyy cuter, and we found the cabin to be clean and in an excellent location near everything we needed (downtown restaurants, the high school, a couple of shops, etc). You cannot go wrong staying here!

Stay was good. Stairs were a bit steep to get to bedroom so not advised for those with mobility issues.

Cabin

The cabin was cute overall, and worked for the most part for our family. We didn’t realize the only room that had a door to it though was to the bathroom, so it made getting ready a little challenge for our family of five. It’s pet friendly, but the stairs are super steep, so we didn’t allow our dog upstairs after his first attempt to jump down them scared at the steepness. Otherwise overall, it was a nice place! Couch/futon, was not comfortable though, recommend bringing an air mattress especially if you have more than 5 people!
