This cool, light-filled, colorful house features a big living room with huge south facing window, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, large screen TV. We set up a coffee table in the corner of the living room with provided organic coffee and sugar to get you started a new day with a cup of coffee or just simply enjoy an LED light show at night. The retro kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes….There is parking for up to two cars in the driveway. The large, fenced backyard where you can sit and enjoy the well-maintained yard with many different plants and trees.

Fantastic spot!

Beautiful place and convenient location. Nam was super responsive and flexible. We especially loved the stone zen garden backyard and made very special memories there. Had most of the bare necessities to get by but not very stocked with supplies in the kitchen/bathroom.

Excellent Property and Hosts

Very open and roomy. Had trouble figuring out the heat but the host was there in just a few minutes. After that it was smooth sailing. Like so many we haven't been with family during and after the pandemic so I wanted a place for us to gather so my 95 year old mother in law could see everyone for Christmas. We had a wonderful time. I am very fussy about cleaning and found everything spotless. The house is in an excellent location and close to anything you would want to go to from shopping to restaurants. Excellent WIFI and TV. TV has lots of nice clean movies and channels for the little ones if you have them. Plus the volume is loud enough for us older folks hard of hearing. Would definitely rent again!

Lovely Home

The home was lovely and in a great location - 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the University. The garden is really nice - I just wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy it.

Great location for our visit to U of O!

We were in town moving our daughter into her dorm at University of Oregon. The location was excellent - less then 10 minutes from her residence hall. Great access to grocery stores and shopping nearby. Nice outdoor seating area and excellent TV. Great choice for your visit to Eugene!

Great place to stay!

We had awesome experience staying at this place. It's a beautiful house, with a big size zen garden. Stores and coffee shops 4-5 min walk distance. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. The owner is very attentive, delivered a wine opener in 5 minutes after we asked for one. Will come and stay again.

Great stay!

This house was a wonderful rental, very central and easy to get anywhere we were needing to! The house was very cute and colorful, clean and had all things needed to stay. It had plenty of room for my kids to run around when needing to get some energy out!
