Awesome Time

Me and my wife had a great time, the location was comfortable and our time there was cozy. We did have to rush out in the morning but this was due to our timing not of the property owners. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here, look forward to our next trip, and staying here again.

Awesome value and an easy bike ride to all the fun downtown Eugene activities. Maybe an added couple pots and pans with a small auto shut off heat plate is beneficial but very happy with my stay. Very well kept property in a nice quiet residential area.

Larger than expected

Hard to tell from photos but main room is larger than expected. Little fridge sink, microwave and… air fryer, so we’re able to make some decent meals. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Excellent location

Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for my stay. Very spacious. Fantastic remote work station in the very large bedroom. The property was very clean and well equipped. Hosts were friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of my stay. Close to shopping and easy to commute to downtown Eugene.

Visit for Football Game

My adult son and I stayed for a weekend (Fri night to Sunday morning) to attend a football game. It was the perfect arrangement, clean, convenient, the amenities we needed. Throughout the process the property owner was very responsive to messages or calls. If we ever come to an Oregon game again we would definitively stay there again if it is available.

Host understood situation I was in and were non judgmental. Room was clean, smelled fresh and felt fresh. Place was located conveniently within a 7 minute walk to bus. Over all was a wonderful experience.

Seniors should look closer.

As a senior, this property wasn’t a great choice. It was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located, but building access was not the best. In my hurry to get to town for a memorial service, I missed the photo of the stairs. The walkways and the driveway were gravel. They are not the easiest things to walk on. They have a policy of no alcohol.

Nice place and well maintained.

Well maintained place and easy to access. It is a bit of a distance from Autzen and even farther from campus. That said. If renting a car or OK with ride app fees, it’ll work for visiting.
