"It was great to have a suite with a full kitchen, dining table, desk and couch/TV area. Continental breakfast was comprehensive and my daughter loved making her own waffles. However, I'm not sure we would stay again as the HVAC situation was not great as it made the room too dry - my daughter couldn't stop coughing until I turned it off and then it was uncomfortably warm. "Location is great for people who wants to visit CWRU and Cleveland city. The rooms are ok , bathroom needs to be renovated. "

"I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. "

"Another guest told us the heat went out on their floor. The bar closes at 10pm ??? What? Staff just mediocre , rooms need to be inspected better by head housekeeper We cleaned out on room "

"Breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. Bacon was swimming in grease and water. Eggs we runny and in water. Coffee in lobby was out one morning and missing cups and creamer out the next morning. Staff was very nice and helpful though "

"Shower didn't work, stains on the carpet, to much light came in from the window from street, hard to sleep. Road noise as well."

"The bed was clean but underneath the bed was filthy. The hot tub was not as clean as it should have been. No desk or table in the room to sit at no chairs no couch. No where to sit except the bed. There was supposed to be an indoor pool get there and there is a sign that says no pool. "

"It is right in the middle of downtown where we did walk around in adventure nice having breakfast and dinner and drink drinks overall a great experience"

"Had to get a room due to power outage where we live and eta for next day. With the temps and unable to cook at home and charge our phones the availability to get a room was great. A bit pricey for one night. Quite nosey but that’s to be expected. Our room was clean but you can tell things that were unused like the makeup wipes weren’t replaced and had a stain on the packaging. The front desk did there job. If I needed to stay here again for an emergency I’d stay again. "
