"We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a concert at Tottenham’s stadium. The hotel is in a great location, one underground stop from Finsbury’s Park to Seven Sisters, then a 25min walk to the stadium. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, the staff were friendly and efficient and let us leave our bags there as we arrived too early to check in. Our family room was great. "This was exactly as advertised. All clean including sheets, towels etc. Two firm and two soft pillows. Basket with extra blankets. Had a decent fan as well. Host responded promptly and I had the access codes before arrival. Excellent location, right across from Finsbury Park making attending a gig really easy. I'll use again and would highly recommend. We were ground floor in one of the cheaper rooms as well, so all good."

"The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....
