"If you are looking for a cheap place to stay by the Mackinaw ferries then this is a good spot. It was clean when we got there and most things worked as should. The only things that did not work was the WiFi and the bathroom sink which wasn’t a big deal. There are definitely a few spiders and other bugs running around in there but it’s not bad at all. The keypad on the door is a little touchy and it takes some practice to get good at it. This cabin is also on the property of an old motel so it...

"Lock wouldn’t work. Smoke detectors beeping. Porch was dusty and not lockable. Grass uncut. Very disappointed! it was not up to the quality of VRBO rentals and we have done many."

"This was the cutest and perfect 500 sq ft lodging for us. We spent 4 lovely evenings here as we traveled throughout the Upper Peninsula. Very clean and had the basics for light cooking. It mentions 3 min walk to Ferry. It was more like 10 min as we did a slow stroll and enjoyed the surroundings. The photos were very accurate. Perfect place for 2 people. Shower stall was very nice but might be considered small depending on your physique. There was no hairdryer, which didn't matter but...

"Super cute accommodations, with a full kitchen, queen bed, small sofa, loveseat and a futon. We can’t attest to the mattress on the bed or futon because we travel with bed toppers lol. Bathroom towels were clean and soft, and the host was friendly. We stayed 5 nights and would stay there again for sure. They even brought us some treats when we arrived (that we sadly couldn’t eat because of food allergies)."

"What a nightmare to find. The idea that we had to go to Days Inn was strange. They drew a map for us to find the place. Gave us the wrong info that lead us to a dead end. Then we finally found it after talking to several people. House was not secure. The back door would not close. Smelled like mold in all the rooms. The furniture was replaced with outdated Days Inn furniture. Not the same decor or furniture in the pictures. We were deceived. Eerie feeling being in that home."

"The property itself was okay. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we could heat up leftovers. We didn't have a.c. at first, but they put one in after our first day. There was a lot of noise from the street, but it didn't bother us much. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but there wasn't. We couldn't watch the Roku because of that. Overall, it was in a convenient location in St. Ignace."
