"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests.
The water pressure in my sink was a trickle when I tried to get hot water. Luckily I was able to get hot water in...
