Triple-check your booking. When we arrived, the booking was not found. We wasted 90 minutes solving the issue with Expedia. Luckily, the staff of the hotel was extra helpful and kind. Kudos to Gabriel, from the hotel staff, for going the extra mile and getting everything fixed; from Expedia, Ningchang was also very helpful."

"Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?”
I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude."

"Great location if you want to stay near airport, only thing is a lot of homeless folks come in off the train and utilize free coffee and free water, So of the staff were extremely helpful and others were not. Breakfast restaurant is a joke and the service sucks they need people skills training. And the food was not great. I think the pictures on their site looks like somewhere else."
