"My husband left a pair of sneakers inside a Nike bag, with the Nike shoebox placed underneath the desk specifically so it would not be mistaken for trash. Unfortunately, the bag, with the sneakers still inside, was taken away. We find it hard to understand how it could have been mistaken for garbage given the noticeable weight of the bag, especially considering that not all of the actual trash we had set aside was removed.
Unfortunately, we only realized the sneakers were missing on the night...

"I arrived on Friday 23 (1night) after I booked a Room with 2 QUEEN beds for 4 adults. Upon my arrival, the lady at the front desk informed me that according to your system EXPEDIA had cancelled my room. I had already paid for my reservation, I drove 5 hours and was there at 9:30 PM with my 84 year old father and my son who is Autistic.
The hotel said it was Expedia’s fault, I called Expedia from the Hotel immediately and they said that is not true this was the Hotel’s fault. After a long time...

"Comfy bed nice room but no coffee making facilities in the room and downstairs had no teabags the night we were there or the morning we left, we did ask behind the desk and he kindly offered us one of his own ginger lemon bags.
Left our car there to go away for 4 nights and got the handy shuttle both ways which saved a lot of time and money."
