"We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. Some other near pool women destroyed my car of scratches because do not like when I parked near their car. However, very quant and clean hotel.

"The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. "I stayed at Sapphire Village during my stay in St. Thomas and everything was great. My host, Raleigh provided very detailed info to assist with all of our needs. The one time I messaged her for a quick question, she replied instantly. The condo was nice and cozy and very clean. We took her recommendations on dining options, traveling on Vitran, and island hopping on the ferry. You can’t go wrong staying here. I will definitely return on my next visit."
