Except for the lady Maria who checked me into the hotel who was great and very hospitable, rest was a bad stay with the AC not working and no solution provided even though I told them it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room, asked for a portable fan or something, no soap in dispensers and when asked for it, said can’t do anything until next morning! Checked out really early in the morning with no sleep which ruined my next day travel. The hotel isn’t bad neither are the rooms but this situation left me in a bad spot. Wish they compensated or responded to my msg about this. The hotel location is good though!

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.
