The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which...

"Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils."

"Todo perfecto! Bello lugar excelente atención, impecable"

"It is a great and gorgeous hotel. It has a excellent buffet . "

"Great service and staff"

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."
