"OMG - What a nice hotel!!! The greeting was friendly, made you feel like you were coming home. We were able to check in early - that was very helpful. The front desk lady/persons were very helpful in assisting us with what we wanted to do while we were in La Palma. Booked us train tickets, dinner reservations, etc. The Hotel's location was perfect if you just wanted to walk around the downtown area - and it was close to the Cathedral and Palace. The breakfast was amazing!! Custom cooked...

"They have a washing machine, that it’s a brilliant idea, very convenient, to improve the experience I would include a foldable drying rack since the machine dries up to 60%. Staff was very nice, informative and helpful. The room was clean and organized."

"Brilliant hotel, clean, lovely breakfast with a proper coffee.
Staff on reception genuinely friendly and gave great recommendations for bars and food.
The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and appreciated the pool towels in the room too. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller.
Wish I’d have stayed for longer :)"

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"
