"We rented this because of the king bed, which was very comfortable. Could ask for TV in the bedroom where king bed is as there is only a TV in bedroom with queen bed and no TV in living room either. Very nice house and appeared to be a nice location. "

"I found this hotel 2b substandard in mostly all aspects. The positives were... their one HC room was available and had a walkin shower , plentiful and cold ice from the third floor ice machine, easy to find, and staff tried to help but mosttimes lack of English blocked their efforts. The weaknesses included: parking lot full of large potholes, cigarette holes in bedding, filthy carpet that left the bottoms of my barefeet black, bugs like spiders, ants, fleas, etc present, no TV remote, missing...

"First, the front desk had ko idea what Vrbo, was, had no idea of my reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. while they figured it out. Then they needed to charge my card a 100 deposit for incidentals and for some reason their system wouldnt take my card which they got a weird error message for which i had to wait again another 10-15 min. while they figured it out. The lobby smelled of pot and was dirty. The continental breakfast which was in the listing was non-existant. The room,...

"We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! "

"A friend and I stayed with our 7 year old daughters for an overnight to break up a hiking trip drive. The property was beautiful inside and out. Our girls loved the animals. The owners were so sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay special. "

"We had an excellent stay! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized, with labeled cupboards and drawers, which made it easy to find everything we needed for cooking. Our kids especially loved the pool table — it kept them entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately further from the Indianapolis Fairgrounds that required extended travel time to get closer to most Micro Breweries etc near downtown."

"House was in a perfect location for all our touring needs. It was much better accommodating compared to a hotel. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew, considering we all pay 100 cleaning fee. "

"Had an event at Grand Park, found this place which was cheaper than a hotel. It was great, gave our daughter her own space, let prepare our meals and relax. It's literally a 5 minute drive from downtown, you could probably walk if you wanted."

"We booked this house as we were in town to see our son. The house was super close to everything we wanted to do. I will say, try the Derailed restaurant/bar at the Nickel Plate Hotel..fabulous drinks, appetizers and breakfast! There is a super cute tea shoppe/boutique called "Teas & Twigs" located on the corner of Lantern rd..super cute stuff and easy walk from the house."

"This was a great stay that checked all our boxes. Great 2bdr with a yard for pups. Fantastic trails out the front door to parks and old town Noblesville with historic neighborhoods in walking distance. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the host was excellent and accommodating. "
