"Nice property, very clean, everything was as advertised. We only had one issue. On the morning of checkout we realized the dishwasher did not work. It's possible there was something quirky about it and we didn't jiggle the handle in the proper way but we just hand washed the dishes we had used, no big deal but the owner will want to check this out. Other than that one small issue, everything was fine. We would stay here again!"

"The Mountain View’s are beautiful. The condo was very clean and the pictures represent it accurately. Unfortunately the beds were so old and uncomfortable a good night’s sleep was impossible. The pillows and sheets were old too. If the beds and linens were replaced, this would be a perfect getaway. "

Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again."

"Had a great stay! Property is right next to the Blue Ridge Tunnel (which is an easy trail) and also conveniently located close to many breweries and vineyards. The hosts have done/do an excellent job labeling everything and communicating all necessary information. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Perfect location and accommodations. Just far enough off the main roads to be secluded but not too far to go out and do things. The cabin is set up with everything you need and lots of extras. We will definitely book again."

"Great family time with our early 20’s daughters & terrier dog for a long Memorial Day weekend. Property is clean, comfortable, and as-advertised. Enjoyed nearby hiking, the hot tub, pizza oven, and yoga mornings on the deck. EV charging made it super convenient. Had a lovely picnic at nearby Black Rock Lookout with a fabulous view. Excellent weekend, highly recommend!"

"Booked last minute and property met all our needs. Clean, well stocked and good overall condition. Great value! We walked to the slopes both days which was the main draw to this particular house. A bit of a hike but totally doable if you’re in good shape. Nice being so close to the market for convenient provisions. We’d certainly stay there again!"

"We rented this property for a graduation party in town. It met all of our needs. The one bathroom was a bit of challenge for the 5 of us that stayed but, it was nothing some scheduling didn't solve. It was clean and the host was very responsive. "
