"Great 1 night stay. Property was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Walked to dinner at Oneida Lake Brew Haus. Food was excellent. Host was very responsive to a couple of initial questions I had before booking. Would stay again. "

"This was such a great place to stay! The owners were communicative and so nice. We had to change our arrival day, and the owner was super flexible and even gave us a partial refund within 24hrs due to a slight price decrease. We have been recommending this place to all of our friends! Thank you for geeat memories and, if the timing allows, wed live to spend more time here in the future. "

"Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting."

"My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental!"

"Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! "

"A really cool experience to stay in a renovated barn so close to Colgate’s campus. It was a 4 minute drive but felt like a world away. Very quiet location with an impressive stream to walk to on the property. We loved our stay!"

"The house was beautiful, even tho we are a stones throw from the highway and major shopping you still feel off the beaten path. The host was amazing, anything we could have asked for was provided. 10/10 we would definitely stay again. The master bathroom is a little tight but even with that we all still made things work! "

It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. "Magical cottage overlooking waterfall in forest! Beautiful experience!!"

"We have stayed in this cute house twice now. Easy check in process, and they were flexible with our check out time since our flight left later in the afternoon, which was so helpful! We love the yard for our kids to play in, and there is a trail next to the house where they picked wildflowers. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. "
