"Convenient location with full kitchen and laundry (coin operated). Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and a few more minutes from high street. Check-in at the hotel on the opposite side. "

"Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). "

"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."
