The Space
Escape to Pine, your cozy studio retreat nestled in a charming log cabin duplex. This space sleeps up to 2 and is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for an ideal getaway, especially as a winter retreat. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals and snacks.
The kitchenette includes a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and a toaster oven/air fryer. The studio is kept comfortable year-round with its own mini-split unit for both air conditioning and heating. For your entertainment, we offer High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, Cable TV/Smart TVs, and a collection of games and puzzles for a relaxing evening in.
Step outside to a huge, shared yard where you can enjoy lawn games or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Please note you might share this lovely outdoor space with guests staying in the adjoining 'Cedar' unit or the main house on the property.
Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire 'Pine' studio, which has its own private, locked entrance. Guests also have access to the shared yard, fire pit, lawn games, and parking area. We ask that you please park considerately to ensure other guests can get in and out easily and that you limit your car to 1.

Important Information
Duplex Living: Pine is one side of a duplex with a shared wall. While we've done our best to ensure privacy, some noise may be heard from the adjoining unit.
Shared Amenities: The yard, fire pit, and parking are shared with guests in other units on the property.
Security Camera: For your safety and security, a camera is located outside, recording both video and audio 24/7 with motion detection. It overlooks the parking area and the entire yard.
Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.
Loft Access: The loft and its ladder are not for guest use. Please do not attempt to climb, move, or take down the ladder.
What We Provide: We supply bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. You'll also find a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, and travel-sized toiletries.
What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels, firewood for the fire pit, and any cooking essentials you may need, such as oil, salt, pepper, and other spices.
