"We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason."

"I’ll stay at this hotel everytime I go to that area! Everything was super clean, the breakfast was amazing, the kick back for dinner was awesome and came with 3 drinks as well! The pool and hot tub were great and the staff were all so polite and friendly!! We needed to upgrade our room because we had extra people come with us and they upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge! If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!"

"Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours."

"Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly"

"I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well...

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that."

"We had to check in very late at night due to being delayed on the road, but the front desk staff (Jasmine) was wonderful, and the morning staff were also very conversational and helpful. The room was clean, we had what we needed for a one-night stay. The breakfast served was good, seemed fresh, and the area was very clean, well-taken care of. Overall, a great experience, nothing missed the mark for us! I especially loved that there was cold still AND sparkling water available to refill our water...

I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove. My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast. 2 days in a row shredded chicken was offered. In 2 different flavors. One flavor each day.
