"Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories."

"The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. "The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. "I stayed at this property for three weeks and I liked it. It’s a good location for what I needed. The breakfast was good and offered fresh noodles daily as well as a complimentary latte, cappuccino, or expresso. They also offer laundry services if needed. It’s easy enough to catch a Tuk Tuk to anywhere you want or you can walk to some local restaurants and coffee shops. They also have a rooftop pool and patio area on the 8th floor. "Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."
