"チェックイン時に美味しい焼き立てクッキーくれました。設備は全体的に水準が高いです。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー、宿泊した部屋は広くないけど、清潔感があって良かったと思います。最初にチェックインした部屋が少し臭くて、外出後戻った時もまだ臭かったので部屋チェンしてもらいました。エコなのか歯ブラシその他のアメニティは設置されていません。タオルの交換やペーパーの追加等はオーダーが必要です。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。"

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. "I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing. "Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Vientiane. Très central mais calme. La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. La literie était très ferme mais, d'après notre expérience, c'est la norme au Laos. Le seul point négatif aura été pour nous le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé très fade (plats laotiens).
