"I had a wonderful one night stay. Upon check in my husband mentioned it was my birthday. When we returned from our evening I came into balloon bouquet in my room. It was such a lovely surprise. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Ordered some coffee and pastries for breakfast and they arrived so quickly. Never spent much time in lobby just passed through so I am sure we missed some things. We were just passing through. Overall great stay!"

"Amazing corner room with terrace overlooking the Capitol. Clean and quiet. Even parking was smooth and easy to get to (which I was a little bit concerned about prior to the trip)."

"The staff was super friendly and supportive. Fresh pancakes are made every morning. The sleeping pods were something new for me and I liked it. It seemed like not all of them were fully built, as the curtains weren't installed yet, but that might be just a questions of a couple more days, providing you with a bit more privacy. The location worked out superb for me. China town is just across the sreeet, offering plenty of food options. The main seights are still in walking distance."

"The property was sufficient for a couple, although the rooms were very small it was comfortable. Some of the guests said breakfast was expensive, but with our booking it was included. Overall we'd use this chain again. "

"I stayed at the Citizen M Capitol due to the proximity to the Museum of the Bible. It was an easy & safe walk. This Citizen M stay was my first & was very nice. Clean, comfortable, efficient, & funky! I love their business model. I will be recommending it. "

"Love the super friendly staff. They really could not be nicer and more helpful. The hotel offers many thoughtful amenities, like complementary bike use, fresh water in the lobby and other perks. It is close to the Capitol. Room was very spacious. The decor was worn and the hallways could use some vacuuming. "

"The hotel is right on the wharf with lots to do, see and great walking along the waterfront. The staff is friendly, everyone is very helpful and kind. Breakfast had lots of options with good coffee!"
