"Clean and conveniently located for easy access to the San Juan. Perfect for fly anglers or just a simple get away near Navajo state park."

"Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch."

"Great place to stay. A bit of road noise but that’s to be expected for the convenient location. Found a couple of excellent places to eat on Mills St in Bayfield. Propane tank on the fire pit was empty but it rained both evenings so didn’t request a new one. Beautiful property with ponds and creeks to fish. Catch and release only. Would definitely stay again. "

"We loved the “barn”! The house and the surrounding property were clean and so beautiful. The river, the stars at night, the peaceful quiet and the hummingbirds were our favorites! We would be so delighted to stay there again. Relaxing, accommodating, had everything we needed for a peaceful Labor Day weekend with family. "

"Beds were extremely comfortable, house was clean and well stocked, owner had good communications, easy check in, great location! "

"The house was beautiful. Amenities were well kept. Location is perfect. Plenty of resting space (slept 1 couple and 3 individuals perfectly). Expectations were clear and concise. Communication with owner was wonderful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Will try and book again when I visit thr area in the future!"

"This was a beautiful place, perfect for unwinding and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed reading by the river while my husband did some fishing. The bed was comfortable and the tent was just the right size. Unfortunately, there was a fire ban and so we couldn’t start up a fire but we made the most of it. Overall, this was a perfect getaway!"

"This place was a dream! We cannot wait to return! Perfect for families, this place has everything. We caught rainbow trout in the river just down the path from the house, enjoyed the hot tub at night, and sat out on the patio in the morning to enjoy our coffee and listen to the river. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. The cabin was spacious and the kitchen was great for us to cook breakfast. We went out for lunch and dinner. We were up in the mountains but very close to town. The view was amazing. The hot tub was amazing! We had our dogs with us and the closed in porch was great for them to walk around. Did I mention the hot tub?!? Amazing!! We would love to come back and stay again! "
