"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help."

"DISGUSTING! This review is not exaggerated in the slightest. Im amazed at the condition.of this place and the list of faults seems endless. Sooo.. kitchen is a disgrace. Dirty, very tired, mismatched, no tea bags, no sugar. 1 fork! It was filthy. No problem. I'll clean them. No washing up liquid. Bathroom. Shower head broken. "Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided.
