"I totally understand London based hotels are generally more expensive that elsewhere in UK, £170 for one night booked 6 months ago is too much for the room we received, sadly the room needs modernisation- rusted shower pole, overly worn carpet, poor air con ( outside temp 26°) the hotel was fully booked when I enquired if they had another room. Its location is great being next door to the station and easy walking distance to Greenwich."

"The room was clean with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board if you needed them. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. A 20 minute walk from O2."

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"Highly recommended hotel. Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access. Staff professional and friendly."
