"Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. "Novotel Auckland Airport is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here numerous times during my travels to Auckland with early morning flight departures. Aside from being a well maintained hotel, it’s just a few steps away from the international terminal. Hotel dining is also high-quality and delicious. Staff are always friendly. "Clean and tidy. Handy to the airport - purpose of booking. Checked in at 2am staff were incredibly quick and helpful and let us park closer due to time. The biggest negative was waking up to a car alarm at 4am and it being easily heard through the glass - and kids running up and down the hallway at 7am, the fact you can hear everything in the hallway just kills the purpose of needing a good sleep before or after you travel. But other wise good."
