"Completely mediocre. Booked through Expedia so obviously they gave us one of their worst rooms. We were essentially in the lobby. Room was in rough shape. Peeling wall paper stains on carpet and what looked like a blood stain on the top sheet. Under staffed… Front desk staff were folding sheets in the laundry service and making / serving the continental breakfast. Therefore breakfast was chaotic, out of everything. "We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."
