"Heater at room #274 wasn’t working, temperature was 67 F. Not good for a room of $250.00 with two cold and raining days. I asked for a repair but the answer was because the Summer started the heater was shut down. I never heard about it."

"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."

"The garbages outside in the front of the building were overflowing the whole weekend. Everything else was really clean. The only other issue was there was a soccer tournament going on nearby so a ton of families were staying there. We were on the same floor as the pool so there was a lot of traffic up and down the hall - even past the 10pm “quiet time”. The amount of noise was annoying. Kids were knocking on doors and running off. No fault of the hotel."

"This was an excellent hotel and I plan to stay there again whenever I am in the Boston area. Staff was friendly and professional at all times. Room was clean and highly maintained during the three days I stayed there. Overall great place to stay."

"First time staying at a red roof inn and honestly it wasn’t horrible. This particular location was convenient and wasn’t bad for a 2 day stay. Only thing we had to complain about was our bathroom. Bathroom had a few unclean-able stains and the toilet had a tape like sticky substance on the seat. Other than that, our actually bed and room was clean. 7/10 overall."

"Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...
