"We loved staying in an iconic mushroom house (smallest one I think) and the house is surprisingly spacious. The design of the “Half House” is well-organized inside, you just feel like an oversized person in a hobbit house in the most adorable way (yes, ceiling height was great!). The fireplace was our favorite feature. Our host was kind and gracious, all amenities were supplied and we just loved it here. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The location was ideal, and the home itself—both indoors and out—was beautiful and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The sunsets were truly spectacular, and having access to the pontoon boat made the experience even more special. "Very comfortable home to stay in for a four generation girls trip. Very nice deck to hang out on and take in the view. Beds were comfortable but a little high for a bunch of short women. Our 79 yr old 4’9” aunt need a boost to get into the bed. She did really appreciate the walk in shower and not needing to step into a tub. Highly recommend this home!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time. It could not have been better! The cabin is beautiful and very clean. With charming decor and an up-to-date kitchen and bathroom, it feels like a home away from home. The location is also perfect. Coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurants and a park are within walking distance. It’s a short drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix. We even took a drive up to Mackinaw City to visit the Dark Sky Park.
