It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"Tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist Mega lecker und für alles gibt es glutenfreie/ milchfreie / vegane Alternativen. Das Abendessen im Lakeside war auch sehr, sehr lecker. Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet, nur die Glasschiebetür zum Bad war für die Kinder suboptimal. Pool und Familiensauna waren auch schön, besonders, dass der Außenpoolbereich wärmer war als innen. Bei uns hat auch die Abholung vom Bahnhof und die Ausleihe des Elektro BMW problemlos geklappt. "Fint værelse vi var 3 og det passede fint . 4 bliver lidt klemt tror jeg. Fint lille wellness område med 3 saunaer og dampbad. Lidt udfordring med parkering, men intet stort. Vi kørte i elbil og ladede ved shattenberg Express der er en hurtiglader "
