"Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. "

"The property was well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable! We stayed in downtown Provo for a wedding and while it was a quick 3 days and nights, we packed it full! Over Labor Day weekend, Thurs to Sunday, we were able to walk four blocks east and attend the Latino Festival, 2 blocks west for the farmers market, and one block north for salsa/bachata and country swing dancing at Arlington Hall! All of that was in addition to the wedding we attended at the City Center Temple just down the...

"This home was perfect for sending our daughter to BYU. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Riviera apartments. It was comfortable and clean. Thanks!"

"Beautiful home. We wanted to be close to the MTC as we were dropping our son off there to start his mission. The host is amazing any questions we had she responded fast and was a pleasure to work with. If I am in this area again and needing a place to stay this is where we would stay. Thank you. "

"The place was a beautiful, cozy space. It was very welcoming, modern, but also had a very beautiful farm charm. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they were so helpful with helping me set up tables and use all their set up and backyard and it made for a beautiful party.Always helpful and hospitable.Everyone loved the horses and the beautiful scenery of the place."

"The house, the location, and the hosts were all amazing. We really appreciate how well the home is maintained and how above and beyond the hosts went to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We could not recommend more. "

"The home is absolutely immaculate. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Although we didn't use really use the kitchen to cook, it is well stocked with dishes. HUGE BONUS...access to the garage with a remote! In a high density housing area this was so great to pull in The AC works great for the main level, but takes a bit to cool off the second level. I would recommend some fans to help cool off the house during the summer months."

"This is a great house to rent for a large family. Very comfortable beds, nice location, plenty of room. We were in Orem for a destination wedding and it worked out perfectly for our family"

"Great little gem that’s easy to get to and have all the amenities needed for a quick and easy trip. We just needed a place to crash for the night and this checked all the boxes. Super clean, comfortable beds and room for the family. Would definitely consider this again. The host was very communicative and very helpful. Thank you! "
