This is the perfect location for all things Provo. 3 Blocks from downtown, with all its restaurants, 4 blocks to Utah Valley Convention Center, 5 minutes to BYU, this is in the center of everything! Enjoy true luxury in a renovated 100 year old church, which now houses 15 luxury apartments. From the 50" Smart TV with Netflix connected to the stocked kitchen, fluffy towels and super comfy bed, this is the spot from which to enjoy Provo!

Access to the apartment is through a secure, electronic lock on the exterior of the building, up 9 stairs, then another electronic lock to get into the apartment. This is the perfect spot for the businessman, or the solo traveler looking for a little extra security.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

We provide you the codes to the electronic locks, allowing you to check in at your convenience and not have to worry about schedules. But if you need us, we are just a phone call away!

Located 3 blocks north of downtown Provo, you are walking distance (3 blocks) to the wide variety of restaurants located nearby. Mexican, Indian, Peruvian, Brazilian, Japanese, Chinese Korean, you name it, it is close by.

A public bus stop is located 1 block away. The FrontRunner Station is 5 minutes away, which runs to downtown SLC and beyond.

Please be aware, construction on a "sister" building next door (east) will begin in July 2018. Workers will be on site from 8am to 5pm weekdays.

Clean comfortable stay

This beatifully renovated piece of architectural history is conveniently located in central Provo. The apartment was exceptionally clean and included several very nice conveniences like shampoo, conditioner and body wash ... just in case. The bed was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The entire complex is lovely.

Great location -- I was in Provo for a conference and this apartment was walkable to the convention center, restaurants and there's a grocery store right across the street. Very safe neighborhood. There is a lot of street light, so it is difficult to get the room truly dark.

Loved the beautiful architecture of the building, especially the high ceilings and tall windows. It was a peaceful place to be with a comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains to block inner courtyard lights. Truly enjoyed my stay!

I am a repeat guest of this property as I attend a yearly event in Provo, and it continues to exceed expectations. It is safe, clean, and comfortable. Its close proximity to a grocery store is helpful if you plan to make use of the kitchen. The hosts are always kind and communicative. Highly recommend!
