The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access"

"The check in process was just too much. It is my fault for not realizing that these are apartments, not a hotel room. So no reception. Had to call for assistance getting into the apt because you have to fill out an online form to get the code. People assisting were very nice and patient. To hold the baggage, you have lockers at a building next door. Not horrible, but I was expecting a reception that would take care of everything. The apartment itself was very big, but mediocre. It was clean...
